Nicole Peters, Co-FounderChanneling 15+ years of combined experience in design and fundraising, Nicole founded Peters Design Lab with her husband, Steven Peters. PDL is a Los Angeles-based design & production firm specializing in experiential marketing events, on the cutting edge of virtual event production. Their passion for nonprofit development has led them to partner with dozens of organizations for whom they have provided brand guidance, event design and live production.
Steven Peters, Co-Founder...has 17+ years of experience in graphic design and business development, and studied Audio Engineering at the Musicians Institute and Environmental Design at Art Center College of Design. He is an accomplished musician and vocalist, with a background that also includes stage production, lighting and live performance. When Steven isn’t designing or engineering something, he can often be found building scale models, one of his many passions from a young age.
Carlos Ferreira, Creative Director ...acquired a BFA in Environmental Design from the College for Creative Studies and possesses an extensive background spanning two decades designing experiential events, architectural spaces and multi-million dollar auto show displays. His skills also extend to graphic design and branding strategy. He has worked on high visibility projects for Walt Disney Resorts, Warner Bros, and various automotive brands, and has taught at Art Center College of Design for over twelve years.
Sarah Milks, Event ManagerSarah has extensively studied fine arts, and has designed and developed products for companies like Hasbro, Nickelodeon, Van Heusen, and Zales. She was a part of a team that produced live events quarterly to showcase artist work in Dallas, TX, and worked with management to increase employee engagement and morale through positive corporate culture initiatives. She graduated from the University of North Texas with a BBA in Entrepreneurship and launched an eyewear company in early 2020.
Darren Dai, Lead EditorDarren is a proficient director and editor located in Los Angeles who has worked with Puma, Wrangler, and Tik Tok, along with creative agencies like Sid Lee and NGE. His work has been featured on publications such as VICE, FADER, and Noisey. Last year he was a part of the editing team for the Fortnite World Cup, a live e-sports streaming event that drew more than two million viewers online across Youtube and Twitch.
